LEO facing significant civil penalties in administrative matter

I was recently confronted with a very unique and potentially complex matter which required legal intervention in an Administrative manner. Simply put, as a 31 year career LEO who had never faced any inquiry of any kind, to be faced with such a situation resulted in a significant amount of anxiety over the unknown and potential outcomes.
